Industry Leader Embraces Technology to Satisfy Consumer Needs
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, is excited to announce that they have released the ConServe Mobile application that will enable consumers to access personalized receivables management information through their Apple mobile devices. Phase 2 of the app, scheduled for release before year-end 2016, will include Android functionality as well. The ConServe Mobile app allows users to view their account balances, make payments and schedule payment reminders after creating a new user profile: a quick and simple process that only requires an email address, account number and a corresponding zip code to get started. If a consumer has more than one account, the ConServe Mobile app will automatically link their accounts for additional ease of use.
Steve DiPaola, Chief Information Officer at ConServe, states "ConServe is exceptionally proud to add the ConServe Mobile app to our collection of valuable services that we offer to our Clients and their consumers. As an industry leader who leverages technology to provide its valued Clients with The ConServe Advantage®, this latest deployment will make our connection with our consumers even more convenient and efficient". He continues "The surging growth in mobile device traffic supports our new initiative as we increase ConServe's responsiveness to meet our consumer's needs".
