Named on Training Magazine’s Top 125 List for 4th Consecutive Year

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that they have once again earned a spot on Training magazine’s annual Training Top 125: a listing of organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world. Training magazine evaluates and subsequently compiles an international standing of companies that excel in employer-sponsored training and human capital development programs. Ranked #43 on the list, this is ConServe’s fourth time on the list for having a world-class training curriculum. Notably, their ranking continues to climb every year.

Additionally, ConServe’s new onboarding program, aimed at coordinating more closely with their mentoring and employee orientation curriculum, has been recognized as exceptional and has been spotlighted as a Best Practice among the other Top 125 participants. Developed and implemented in 2016, the program was effectively solidified and enhanced throughout 2017.

Entering its 18th year, the Training Top 125 exact standings for the 125 global finalists are determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative benchmarking factors. The specific rankings were announced yesterday in Atlanta, GA.
